In November 2013 the representative office of Budostal-3 Export Ltd. in Berlin was set up.

November 2013 – finishing the project Swallow Nest in St. Petersburg. Construction of two blocks of flats variable amount of floors up to 23, the total surface 42.922,2 and 39.788,1m2, amount of flats 723 and 700. Contract value - 47  million euro.

 02-08-2012 - Budostal-3 Export bought all the shares and became the sole owner of Optima. The company was part of the optima holding companies Budostal 3 SA. Our assets was increased by an office building and two machine parks with warehouses and joined our team highly qualified staff.
Thereby B3EX took over the entire business activities of holding Budostal 3 SA

Singnig of the fourth contract with the LenSpecSMU Russian General Contracting developer to build in St. Petersburg multifamily apartment building with comercial and service space also with built-in parking. Implementation based on a proven buisness model export-import financing with russian „Alfa Bank・ and german „Landes Bank Berlin AG・. Building will be constructed in Oktiabrskij boulevard part (93 east of 118 building housing 7A). The total area of the building is over 43 000 m2. The building will have 16-24 floors, 315 parking spaces. Anticipated completion date - June 2014

Implementation based on a proven buisness model export-import financing , this time with russian „Alfa Bank・ and german „Landes Bank Berlin AG・. Building will be constructed in Oktiabrskij boulevard part 93 (east of 118 building housing 7A). The total area of the building is over 40 000 m2. The building will have 24 floors, 225 parking spaces. Anticipated completion date - June 2014

25/07/2011 changed the ownership structure of company through the repurchase of shares for industry and construction company JSC Budostal-3 in a state of bankruptcy and subsequent liquidation

01.07.2011 - Signing of the second contract with the Russian General Contracting LenSpecSMU developer to build in St. Petersburg, multifamily apartment building with rooms and service commercial and built-in parking. Implementation is also on the basis of import-export financing, this time by the Russian Bank St Petersburg and the German LBB. Building will be constructed in Region Kalininskom St. Petersburg, str. Gzatskoy. The total area of ​​the building is over 48 thousand m2. The building will have 18-21 floors, 603 apartments, 118 parking spaces. Anticipated completion date - September 2013.

01.07.2010 - The signing of the Сontract for General Construction of LenSpecSMU www.lenspecsmu.ru/press/news/092010/3204.html , the first project in Russia -   construction of a multifamily residential building implemented in the model of IMPORT-EXPORT FINANCING by Russian Alfa Bank www.alfabank.ru/press/news/2010/9/20/1.html.

The contract includes the construction of the building to the developer stage of housing of the project “Jubilejnyj 78A Quarter” in Primorskiy region, St. Petersburg. The total area of housing is over 65 thousand. M2, and the accompanying parking garage has 244 seats. The planned putting investment into operation date is August 2012.
